We would like to thank everyone for their cooperation and patience during the planning stages for the new development.

As an update to our newsletter in July we wish to advise you that we now have our permit to demolish, excavate and install shoring onsite.This work will commence in September 2021.

As previously advised we will need to have vehicles removed from the garage and surface parking lot.  You will be notified by letter and parking agreement in the next few weeks of where your new spot will be located. The agreement will also include your new parking rent amount which will be payable until the new garage is completed.  A shuttle service to and from your vehicle will be provided at no charge to you.

Kassia Palmares is your go-to person assisting you through and during the construction period.  Her office is located in Unit 103 – 3030 Pharmacy Ave. and her email address is:

Moving forward Park Property will continue to periodically update you as to the progress of the development, providing updates on parking allocation and how we will manage noise, dust and so forth during construction.

We would like to thank everyone for their cooperation and patience during the planning stages for the new development.

As an update to our newsletter in February we wish to advise you that testing is completed and we are beginning to obtain the necessary permits that will allow us to commence construction.

In February we also advised you that we were hopefully commencing construction in July, and as you can tell, that has not occurred.  Our updated timing is now September 2021.

As we move forward we will need to have vehicles removed from the garage and surface parking lot.  You will be notified in advance of where your new spot will be located. Valet service to and from your vehicle will be provided at no charge to you.

We would also, at this time, like to announce that Kassia Palmares is and will continue to be your onsite Resident Relations Coordinator.

Please be advised that sometime within the next week you will see a sign going up on the property advising you and the general public that the owner of the building submitted an application to develop two apartment buildings on the site.
